The system will have the following functionalities:
- View and search the list of patients requesting services along with the pending queue.
- Manage the OT/Service schedule.
- Obtain consent from the patient or their attendant before proceeding with the OT/Service.
- Enter detailed information for the OT/Service, including Room Number, Start and End Times, Service Provider Name, Diagnosis, Follow-up, and Follow-up Notes.
- Send requisitions for essential items such as bed sheets, blankets, gowns, etc.
- Save requisitions as templates for future use.
- Acknowledge receipt of items as per the requisition upon delivery by the Store/Inventory department.
- Billing based on cash point with options for discounts or without & Generate vouchers
- Due collection with options for discounts or without.
- Allow invoice cancellation with a reason for cancellation with refund facility
- Authorize personnel to cancel and delete refund requests.
- Enter corporate information, lab corporate information, and referred doctor details when creating an invoice.
- Automatically populate discounts based on corporate affiliations.
- View previous vouchers and reprint invoices.
- Quick registration option.
- Enable prescription scanning linked with EHR.
