Hospital Automation Solution

The system will include comprehensive store management features and functionalities, with all main and sub-stores operating as part of an integrated system. Each store will be able to exchange items and medical equipment with other stores, while top-level management will have access to stock information and other necessary details via the MIS reports and the store management dashboard. This fully integrated and interoperable system will automate procurement, storage, distribution, and tracking of products, providing insight into demand, inventory, and supply/distribution levels. The system will include the following functionalities: 

  1. Can send store item requisition to the General Store 
  2. For requisition, there will be a provision for a draft and approval process. 
  3. Can search with criteria from the requisition list & can view the requisition details. 
  4. Can Receive issued items from General Store 
  5. Stock will be updated based on the requisition and issued accordingly. 
  6. Item consumption facility for departments 
  1. Can view and search with criteria from the issued store item list. 
  2. The system will notify the store user of the requisition. 
  3. Can view and search with criteria from the item Issue Pending and Issued List 
  4. Can issue items as per requisition and availability of stock. 
  5. The system will be able to generate printable item issue reports. 
  1. Can send store item demand to the General Store 
  2. For demand, there will be a provision to draft and approval process. 
  3. Demand report print with a system-generated unique number. 
  4. Can search with criteria from a demand list and view the demand details. 
  5. Provision for centralizing all demands.
