Notification Management

The solution will feature a centralized, automated, and distributed alert and notification system designed to inform patients, doctors, and nurses of any critical conditions as determined by the notification server. The SMS Gateway Service will function as a shared resource, integrated with the core HMIS application, to provide SMS-based services to all patients and, in some cases, doctors and other hospital staff. The SMS Gateway will support both push and pull services, enabling the distribution of common information to a group of individuals based on various criteria.
