The OT process will be carried out according to the doctor’s instructions. The purpose of the Operation Theatres module is to support patients requiring surgical procedures. The system will cover the following key functionalities: 

  • Facility to get doctor’s instruction.
  • OT Requisition list view.
  • OT Requisition Approval.
  • Send for approval to the Pre-Anesthesia check-up Unit.
  • Cross-checking patient condition and detail entry by Pre-Anesthesia check-up unit.
  • Take action according to the instructions from the Pre-Anesthesia check-up unit.
  • Taking consent from the patient.
  • Generate OT Schedule.
  • Send patient for OT Execution.
  • Detail entry facility at operation theatre:
  1. Entry facility for surgeon 
  2. Entry facility for Anesthesia 
  • Patient transfer facility from OT:
  1. Facility to Transfer to Post-Anesthesia check-up unit. 
  2. Facility to transfer to existing ward. 
  3. Facility to transfer to another ward. 
  4. Facility to transfer to CCU, ICU, NICU & HDU. 
  5. Facility to transfer to Mortuary (for dead patient)
