Hospital Automation Solution

Patients are required to complete the registration process in order to access any healthcare services at the hospital. After successful registration, a unique patient ID will be generated, along with a printable Patient ID Card. The system will offer the following key functionalities for this module:

  • Patients must complete registration to access hospital services, adhering to the CCDS (Citizen Core Data Structure) guidelines set by Bangladesh.
  • The system will generate a unique patient ID, which will be used to create a printable Patient ID Card. The ID Card will contain the Patient ID, a barcode, and essential details to identify the patient.
  • The system will enable users to view all registered patient lists and access detailed information about each patient. It will also allow users to search for patients using specific criteria and edit patient information when necessary.
  • The system will support registration based on patient categories/types (such as General Patient, Employee/Staff, Corporate Patient, Insurance etc.).
  • The system will include the capability for integration with the NID Database.
